The TyreON T30XL is a fully automatic, top-quality tyre machine.It is highly suitable for workshops mounting low-profile, wide, or run-flat tires.
This tyre machine clamps the rim securely through the hub hole instead of using claws on the outside or inside of the rim edge, there is no risk of scratches or damage to the visible side of the rim.
The wheel is centred with a centring cone and secured with the quick-release nut.
With this clamping system, the TyreON T30XL is the ultimate choice for modern garages working with expensive alloy wheels and large wheel sizes.
A rim that never slips, even with stiff tyres, and the large working range of 13" to 30" are characteristic features.
The bead breaker with disc can be pneumatically locked in any position.The beadbreaker tilts 180 degrees, and with the small pressing disc, wide, stiff, low-profile, and run-flat tires are easily removed from both sides of the rim at a variable mounting speed.
With this, TyreON leaves the traditional bead breaker on the side of a tyre changer far behind.
