The versatile T600C3 is designed for particularly challenging tyres, including Michelin Super Singles (MICHELIN® X One tyres) and other stiff, wide-base tyres up to 26 inches.
The machine features a second speed for all hydraulic movements, and all functions are automated.
Using the joystick, the mounting arm moves up and down, from left to right, and slides in and out.
The mounting arm performs a coordinated movement with the chuck, keeping the wheel and the mounting head correctly aligned in all situations.
Two hydraulic cylinders for the horizontal movements of both the carriage with the mounting arm and the carriage with the clamping jaw generate a pressing force of 3,500 kg.

The larger and wider the wheel, the heavier it is to roll and manoeuvre it.
For this reason, the TyreON T600C3 features a large floor plate instead of a hydraulically operated ramp.
The wide wheel can be placed in any position on the floor plate
Using the joystick you move the chuck horizontally to the wheel to grab the rim and lift the heavy wheel
In this way, large, wide tyres on heavy rims can beeasily removed from the rim without a moving ramp on a heavy-duty truck tyre changer
26-inch truck tyre changer - Chuck and mounting arm move simultaneously
The controller allows both the chuck and the mounting arm to move simultaneously towards and away from each other. It speeds up work, contributes to the 3500 kg bead breaking force and makes it easier to change tyres up to 78 cm wide.
Choice of two different mounting heads
The controller allows the mounting arm to be easily moved to the other side of the tyre.
Furthermore, the mounting head is interchangeable: you can choose between the head with a disc and hook or the head designed specifically for tubeless tyres.

The mounting arm makes a coordinated movement with the chuck and always keeps the wheel and the mounting head perfectly tangent, or in one line, in all situations.
